The Mighty Acorns® program incorporates classroom curriculum, hands-on restoration activities and exploration as it seeks to provide our children with multiple, meaningful, sustained interactions with the land. Students use the land as an outdoor laboratory for learning science and, at the same time, the ecosystems benefit from their restoration work.
